About the Role

As a Mechanical Fitter you will provide maintenance, repairs, and fault response for Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), ensuring optimal generation output, supporting asset reliability through inspection and upkeep of mechanical equipment and site facilities, and coordinating site work to optimise subcontractor resources.

About you

• You will have a Trade or related qualification (or working towards) in Mechanical, Fabrication, or a related field
• Experience with large-scale solar PV, power generation, or industrial mechanical systems
• Have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specification
• Proficiency in the use of hand tools, torque equipment, and diagnostic instruments
• Knowledge of solar and BESS equipment and operations is a bonus!
• You demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to workplace health and safety
